Supplementary Training Plan

Fighting the tension in your own body while moving threw ranges of motion will induce muscle failure at an accelerated rate. By taking the time to reset your muscles, ligaments, tendons, joint capsules, and other soft tissues back to full operation, you will see strength, stamina, endurance increase while pain, tightness, swelling and inflammation decrease. 

Schedule

This training plan is designed to work along with your current fitness routine to achieve range of motion, joint and soft tissue maintenance.

This training plan includes:

3 Sessions per week, lasting about 20min each...

  -1 Upper body focus session

  -1 Lower body focus session

  -1 Core and truck focus session

Each session includes...

  -Soft tissue therapy segment

  -Targeted muscle activation movements segment

  -Static positional reinforcement segment

Equipment

  -Lacrosse ball

  -Resistance band

  -Mini band

  -Barbell

  -Gemini or double lacrosse ball

  -Kettlebell or other form of weight

  -Box, bench, or chair

Support

When you join our team we bring you into our training group. This is your space to connect with our crew and your fellow teammates. This private training group is a place for you to submit training videos and lifts for critique. Attend live streams on various topics from GoRuck strategy, programming questions, equipment questions, nutrition strategy, and anything else fitness related. Using this group to communicate one-on-one with our team will give you an edge over the others training for similar events!
